Mar Menor Golf Resort - by Polaris World

The first Polaris World project in what has now become a hugely successful property construction phenomenon was Mar Menor Golf Resort. Occupying some 700,000 square meters with a location close to the sea (the Mar Menor) and a total of 750 properties, Mar Menor Golf Resort remains one of the most popular Polaris World projects.



There is a 9-hole golf course at Mar Menor which was designed by the world famous Dave Thomas. This is a feature of all Polaris World resorts and you will see that many of the resorts now combine Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses and "Bears best" courses.

As well as the golf course at Mar Menor Golf Resort, there is a luxury 5 star hotel (opened in 2006) providing additional luxurious facilities to residents and visitors alike.

Due to the overwhelming success of the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort, an additional 700,000 square meters has been allocated to extend the initial phase with a project quite simply named Mar Menor 2, or often referred to in print as Mar Menor II.

This additional phase to Mar Menor Golf Resort will see the 9-hole golf course increased by another 9 holes and a selection of villas for sale, stunning townhouses and great new apartments.
